At Sleep Apnea Testing, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed fashion items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality compliance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
